About Oli
Oli is the Global Head of Customer Success at Automata, leading customer support and engagement from the point of sale through deployment and beyond across the US and Europe. His team ensures seamless customer experiences, covering low-level design, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing services.
Oli joined Automata in 2022 as Chief of Staff, bringing a wealth of experience in operational consultancy and business development. Prior to Automata, he honed his expertise at Palantir and Newton Europe, where he played a key role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
He holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
