Stathis Eleftheriadis

Stathis is a Director of Product Management at Automata, where he oversees the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that transform how modern labs operate through end-to-end automation. He began his product journey during his PhD research at UCL, sparking a passion for solving complex problems with technology. With nearly a decade of experience across startups, scale-ups, and enterprises, Stathis has built and scaled AI-driven products from 0 to 1—both as a founder and as a product leader. He believes AI is a transformative force for organisations and is committed to making it truly accessible—helping teams and leaders bridge the gap between AI, data, and strategy to build smarter, more impactful products and workflows. Outside work, he enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines, running, and going on adventures with his wife and daughter.
