About Karian
As Head of People at Automata, Karian is passionate about creating opportunities for growth in people and businesses.
She has extensive experience in a variety of fields, including executive coaching, business transformation, and learning and development, and has worked with several start-up and scale-up companies to transform their hiring strategies.
Karian has a BSc in Business Management and Marketing from Aberystwyth University.
In the office, Karian can usually be found hogging the dogs, the guitars, and the cheese – sometimes all at once.
